Knoxville Parade of Homes

The Parade is a broad showcase of varying and different building talents put on each year by the Home Builders Association of Greater Knoxville. The homes feature the next generation of standards and design features available to today’s homeowner. Once a year, this incredible event enables area home builders and craftsmen the opportunity to showcase their skills and expertise. Everything from the latest interior designs, technology, and innovative building materials can be viewed at the various Parade of Homes™ sites. The homes in this year’s Parade range from $210,000 to $1.7M+ in price, including spec and custom homes in a variety of sizes. This means that nearly everyone can find a beautiful home perfect for them at this year’s Parade of Homes™.
