In the Aiken, you won’t find any small rooms! The original floor plan features three bedrooms and two and a half baths, including a spacious master suite on the main floor. Customize the Aiken with additional bedrooms, a full bath on the first floor, or an additional ensuite upstairs! The Aiken provides ample storage space, including our largest attic space under the roofline, which can be turned into a flex room, media room, or even a fifth bedroom.
