If you have your heart set on a specific Saddlebrook community, you can also head directly to the community page to see only floor plans that can be built in the community you prefer.
Reviewing floor plans in advance of touring in person makes it easier to contemplate your options for features such as screened-in porches, fireplaces, and extra rooms as you walk through each home. You may even want to print out the floor plans of the homes you plan to visit to easily take notes during tours.
Tour model homes and quick move-in homes.
When planning your home tours, make sure to visit our furnished models and any completed homes in the community. At our model homes, you can walk through a furnished home and get a feel for a floor plan with typical furniture and home decor in place. Communities in the early stages of development may not have a completed amenities area, but you can see the location of future amenities by looking at the community plat map or by looking for signage within the community.
