Alicia launched into real estate sales in 2005 and joined Saddlebrook Realty in 2007, where she has become a New Homes Specialist assisting clients in building their dream homes. In addition to the sale of new construction, she specializes in buying and selling single family homes and condominiums. Passionate about the needs and goals of her clients, Alicia prides herself on making each of them "number one." She brings energy and commitment to each transaction. Alicia loves the opportunity of meeting people who visit her open houses and is quick to establish a caring, long term relationship with them. Angie began her career in Real Estate 29 years ago and quickly discovered "new construction" was what she wanted to specialize in. With a mixture of experience and passion, 27 of those years she has spent as a new homes specialist marketing and selling homes for Saddlebrook. She has been instrumental in every facet of the new home construction process; from concept planning, zoning, acquiring land, developing subdivisions, designing floor plans, and has an extensive knowledge of the ins and outs of building a home. She understands the depth of responsibility that clients entrust to her. She concedes that she has never done anything as personally gratifying as assisting buyers through the home building process.
Brian has grown up in the residential home building business. From a young age, he worked in positions at Saddlebrook ranging from laborer, purchasing, to remodeling division manager. Today, he brings his sales experience to our real estate and land acquisition team. Brian has his MBA from the University of Tennessee, enjoys construction projects, and working with people. A West Knoxville native, Brian will help you make informed decisions and walk with you through the building process to ensure an easy, honest, and enjoyable home building experience.
Having over 25 years of selling & listing Knoxville properties, Karlyn believes that experience, honesty, loyalty, trust, attention to details and, strong referrals are the qualities that have helped her continue to be part of the "Knoxville's Diamond Award of Excellence Circle". Known for being a realtor who educates and advises her clients, Karlyn applies her design background, construction knowledge & creative marketing skills to every transaction. Tina has been a new construction specialist for 22 of the 29 years she has been in real estate. Fifteen of those 22 years in new construction have been with Saddlebrook. She has owned her own real estate company, worked as a sales manager & broker for a real estate firm, but her favorite role in real estate is helping people build the home of their dreams. She is well versed in Saddlebrook's plans, the many options available and is more than willing to spend the time with buyers to help them select the plan that best fits their needs. During construction, she works closely with the buyers on the step by step process and is available to address any questions or concerns. Tina's goal is to make construction an enjoyable and easy process.
